Meet Our Board of Directors

The Laws Saving Paws Board of Directors is a dedicated group of professionals committed to advocating for our mission, and working to enact change. It is our goal for this group to offer diverse expertise in animal care, law, business, and community engagement, and each member brings valuable insights and passion to our mission.

President and Founder, Meaghan Thiede

President

Meaghan Thiede

Meaghan is a determined dog mama of three, and was inspired to form Laws Saving Paws after seeing the effects of the animal overpopulation first-hand at her local shelter. She says that while there is no shortage of wonderful organizations that exist to help serve all of the animals, there was an opportunity to deep dive into confronting the root of these issues.
